Job Title: HIM Clerical Coordinator Department: Health Information Management
Reports to: HIM Processing Supervisor Revision Date: 08/17/2020

Job Summary:
The HIM Clerical Coordinator is responsible for manual and electronic chart analysis and tracking, scanning of patient records into the EMR, quality assurance checks of scanned documents, running deficiency reports, release of information and correspondence, filing, and report submission.
