Job Description:
Senior Administrator City Management (Arabic / English)
Qatar
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Administrator City Management (Arabic/English) to join our team! In this role you will get to provide programmatic support and general administrative and operational support to the client assigned Department Manager.
What You Will Be Doing
- Ensure error free documentation and support the activities and the productivity of the client assigned department in an effective and efficient manner.
- Strong in administration command & related tasks.
- Exposure to community concept.
- Exposure to collection & invoicing concept.
- Relevant experience in customer management.
What Required Skills You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity (preferably in the assigned area of specialty).
- Working knowledge of city management / real estate operations.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications suite.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy.
- High communication skills in Arabic & English.
