Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Supervisor, City Waste Collection to join our team! In this role you will get Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed in accordance with scheduled frequency, service plans as per contract specifications and onsite requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring that PPM and CM works are completed in accordance with scheduled frequency, service plans as per contract specifications and onsite requirements
- Promote safe working culture as per HSSEQ guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to determine if waste collection services have been done in accordance with contract specifications
- Responsible to supervise/monitor Service Providers scope
- Handover/Takeover Inspections and generating reports
- Review documents attend meetings and manage CAFM related work orders.
- Work closely with the service providers to define workable waste collection solutions as required for the maintenance & operation
- Prepares periodic special reports summarizing waste management issues related to services for review and approval.
- Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the waste management services and activities.
- Manage Performance Management System (PMS) to measure and report on the performance of the service providers under the contract.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Waste Management or relevant field.
- 5+ years post qualification experience in Waste Management.
- Technical qualifications along with similar substantial work experience also will be taken into consideration.
- Must have valid Qatar driver’s license

Computer literate; problem solving skills; people skills, presentation skills; able to work unsupervised; able to work as a team; ; able to prioritize work; good report writing skills; able to design health promotion brochures; good communication skills. Must be assertive to ensure occupational health, wellness and welfare requirements are acted and resolved promptly.
Must be able to speak and write English or Arabic
Ability to work on individual tasks, team tasks and to work with various levels of staff
