Job Description:
Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance/Control Manager to join our engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control within engineering projects. As a Quality Assurance/Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Review and approve engineering plans, designs, and specifications for quality compliance.
- Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and trends.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to engineering staff on quality assurance and control practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports, documentation, and proposals.
- Ensure all quality assurance and control activities adhere to industry standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in quality assurance and control methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the engineering team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, CQA) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance/control within engineering projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing quality assurance/control activities in large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance/control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with local regulations, standards, and practices.
