Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale, themed city development program. This ambitious initiative involves a dynamic sequence of milestone events and activations, requiring seamless integration across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the project, ensuring that each milestone event is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of milestone events within a themed city-scale development program.
Coordinate across project delivery, operations, third-party developers, activation teams, regulatory bodies, master planning and design, technology teams, and event operators.
Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure alignment between long-term development goals and short-term event milestones.
Oversee risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
Drive operational readiness and post-event transitions.
Report progress to executive leadership and ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
10–15 years of experience in complex project management, ideally in urban development, mega-events, or large-scale themed environments.
Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects with high public visibility.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with government entities, regulatory frameworks, and international partners.
Familiarity with delivering major events, smart city technologies, and urban activation strategies is highly desirable.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
