Job Description:
Stakeholder manager
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Stakeholder manager to join our team.
What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to lead and manage all external stakeholder engagements across large-scale development and infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for ensuring timely regulatory approvals, maintaining compliance with authority requirements, and safeguarding the organization from regulatory and reputational risks.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project objectives.
Manage relationships with key external stakeholders including government authorities, developers, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
Lead permitting and approval processes (NOCs, Affection Plans, Building Permits, NOIs).
Ensure all authority comments and conditions are tracked and formally closed.
Establish structured tracking systems and governance controls.
Coordinate closely with Design, Project Management, and Construction teams to align submission strategies.
Identify and mitigate stakeholder-related risks.
Provide regular reporting on approvals status and stakeholder risks.
Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in stakeholder management within large-scale infrastructure or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory authorities and permitting processes.
Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Strong governance and process control mindset
