Position Summary
Assists in the administration, operations, and compliance functions of the Human Resources Department. Supports day-to-day HR activities including employee records management, onboarding, and recruitment coordination.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with maintenance of employee personnel files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support HR processing of documentation related to payroll and benefits to ensure accurate recordkeeping and proper deductions
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials, orientation packets, and employee files
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes including hiring, training, and employee changes
  • Assist with tracking logs, records, and HR documentation in a timely and organized manner
  • Support special HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to follow directions and complete assignments accurately
  • Basic mathematical and recordkeeping skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior administrative, internship, or office experience
Salary Description
$16.00 - $17.00 Hourly
