We are actively accepting applications for a Designer to join our creative services team. In this role, you’ll focus on the implementation of design solutions that meet the strategic goals of our clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Design Lead and Senior Designers to deliver high quality website and product designs to partners.
Support Senior Designers’ workflow by assisting with asset management & client revisions.
Work with Project Managers to uphold client relations throughout the design process with effective communication.
Prepare sites for development and work with Front-End Developers to ensure the integrity of designs are upheld in integration.
Maintain and advance brand integrity through marketing materials.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related fields
1+ years of Creative Experience (preferably design for web with a strong focus on usability and user experience)
Must have the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Must have the ability to think through creative problems and solve them
Proven experience in design workflow
Understanding of Google Cloud Applications and Microsoft Office
Ability to work with diverse groups and strong commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We’ll be extra impressed if you have

Working knowledge and/or rudimentary understanding of front-end web development languages such as HTML and CSS (Please note that this is not a front-end development position)
Experience designing and prototyping in design tools, such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working directly with clients
Experience designing for ADA compliance
Understanding of designing with/for a design system

Pay Transparency:

The approximate base pay range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
