The director will provide oversight in accordance with evidence-based practice, acceptable standards, and hospital policies and procedures to lead and support the service line division/department. The director will facilitate, organize, and provide guidance for planning, priority setting, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of programs of patient care.
What you will do:
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or nursing, or related field required; Master of Science Degree in Nursing or MBA preferred. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred. Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements. At least 7 years professional healthcare experience with 2 years in a supervisory position with progressive management responsibilities required. Proven program development, project management, and personnel management experience required. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Salary Range: $121,160 - $181,792
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
