Our General, Urology, and Colorectal Surgery unit is a fast-paced, patient-focused surgical unit specializing in care for individuals undergoing general, urologic, and colorectal procedures, as well as patients with renal disease, including peritoneal dialysis (PD) at the bedside.
This is a Telemetry Class 2 floor, providing continuous cardiac monitoring as needed. Most patients are post-operative surgical cases arriving from PACU, with some direct admits from surgeons’ offices or the ED.

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for Unit 3-1. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based care delivery, mentor nursing staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and a seamless experience.

Pay Range: $37.60- $58.35
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
