POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists with patient care activities and related rehabilitation services under the direction of licensed staff.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
High school diploma or equivalent. On-the-job training or a formal Rehabilitative Aide training course.
Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrates skills related to specific areas of practice. Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Customer service oriented.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Heavy work: continual and repetitive motions, including but not limited to heavy lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing and prolonged walking and standing.
Pay Range: $17.85-25.90
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
