Administrative Assistant to the Residency Coordinator for Education, Residency and Fellowship Program needs on a daily basis including Lecture schedules. In addition, the Administrative Assistant will spend approximately 12 hours/week serving as the Fellowship Coordinator.
Administrative Duties generally include items of a confidential nature or reports, presentations and correspondence requiring the ability to create/revise complex documents. Will also be required to assist with a variety of Departmental Special Projects. Detailed individual adept in technology: excellent verbal and written communication skills; with expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Minimum Qualifications:Associates Degree or pertinent college level course and 3 years administrative/office experience. Proficient in office software, including spreadsheets. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors Preferred
Work Days:Monday - Friday daytime hours
