Job Summary:
The Department of Pharmacology is seeking a Senior Research Support Specialist to conduct laboratory research including but not limited to molecular biology, cell biology and animal physiology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of gene editing approaches for cardiovascular disease.
- Cellular modeling of physiological and molecular adaptations.
- Project management for collaborative networks.
- Standard biochemical and molecular profiling of cellular, animal, or human systems.
- Perform detailed record keeping of all laboratory activities.
- Prepare research results to internal and external distribution.
- Contribute to manuscript and grant submissions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry or other STEM fields
Work Days:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
