The successful candidates must have experience with data science, bioinformatics, and computational pathology to integrate and analyze complex and large-scale datasets, including AI model outputs, molecular and/or next-generation sequencing data, and patient outcomes. The goal is to uncover meaningful correlations that enhance our understanding of cancer biology and improve clinical decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of researchers and clinicians to manage and analyze complex longitudinal data derived from Electronic Health Records (EHR), Laboratory Information System (LIS), including molecular and genomics data along with AI model outputs derived from pathology and radiology imaging.
Required expertise and skills:
Required Other Duties & Responsibilities
Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years (or more) of experience in healthcare or biomedical data analysis.
