This position's primary focus is to support the Nursing Department with monitoring and management of day to day productivity and labor costs while providing the most effective and efficient care possible. on productivity analysis training, including staffing plans and continuous budget management. Responsible for analyzing and reporting labor hours and other data, and making recommendations for continuous budget management.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of administrative or health care related experience OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of four years of experience required. Experience with data analysis, excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal and computer skills required. Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration, high attention to detail and the ability to function under pressure with the focus remaining on caring customer service is essential.
Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
