Job Summary:
Individual will perform lymphocyte subset analysis, stem cell analysis and leukemia/lymphoma analysis in flow cytometry laboratory and be responsible for maintenance and quality control. Individual will also perform new test development, teach Medical Technology students, CP residents and fellows.
Minimum Qualifications:
NYS Licensed/eligible to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, Masters degree in one of the chemical, physical or biological sciences, two years of Clinical laboratory experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience OR NYS Licensed/eligible to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, a minimum of four years of Clinical Laboratory experience to include 2 years of supervisory experience. Must be able to distinguish colors for the purposes of performing laboratory tests.
