💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling day-to-day clerical work with a strong focus on math-based tasks
  • Processing and managing numerical data, invoices, or records
  • Keeping spreadsheets and files organized and up to date

  • Working with programs such as ChartMaxx and Epic.

✅ What You Bring:

  • At least 1 year of clerical experience where your main job involved math or number-focused tasks

  • NYS Department of Civil Service eligible list or eligible for transfer.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets or data systems
  • Great attention to detail – you double-check your work!
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
