Job Summary:
Supports the Mission of Upstate Medical University through the management of volunteer resources.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in relevant field and a minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible administrative experience preferably in a healthcare setting required. (Associates degree and five (5) years progressively responsible administrative experience preferably in a healthcare setting may be considered). Excellent organizational, oral/written communication skills, and computer skills required. Ability to relate to diverse groups of adults, college and teen volunteers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Volunteer or human resource management experience in a SUNY, healthcare, or public organizational setting strongly preferred. Experience with social media applications preferred.
Work Days:
M - F 8-4:30
