Job Summary:
This Clinical Social Work position provides patient care to the diverse outpatient population of the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry clinic. Duties will include providing comprehensive care through assessment, psychotherapy with individuals, families and groups and referral to outside services as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
M.S.W from a Social Work program accredited by the Council on Social Work (CSWE); M.S.W., L.M.S.W., L.C.S.W. or eligible, 3 years relevant post-master's experience (preferably in a hospital and/or healthcare environment) required. New M.S.W. graduates who are L.M.S.W. eligible will be considered for appointment to entry level (SL2) position at a commensurate salary after obtaining a Limited Permit. Incumbent must obtain L.M.S.W. within 12 months of receipt of limited permit.
