Job Summary: 1. Primary responsibility is answering incoming calls from patients, referring providers and processing referrals and coordinating the surgeons multiple schedules including clinic appointments, surgery schedule, administrative and academic schedules.
High school or equivalent and two years of directly related medical secretary/office experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in an ambulatory medical office and use of computer systems such as Epic, Word, Outlook, Chartmaxx, etc is preferred. Knowledge of PCMH preferred.
Work Days:Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
