In this position, the Radiology Residency Coordinator serves as Assistant to the Department of Radiology's Resident Program performing the following major duties: Answering, researching and responding to phone inquiries. Coordinating, organizing and managing schedules and calendars; scheduling meetings; preparing and distributing agendas and meeting minutes; Create and maintain databases and related systems relating to data collection and reports relating to the residency program. Maintain confidential paper and electronic files; acts as a liaison between radiologists, department, campus and external contacts. Will work closely with the Residency Program Director to provide instruction and guidance to the radiology residents in regard to day-to-day activities.
Bachelors degree and 1 year of relevant experience in a in a supervisory/administrative capacity in a healthcare setting. OR an Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory/administrative capacity in a healthcare setting. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent communication and computer skills. Residency program experience preferred.
