Job Summary:
Direct, manage, and coordinate the operations and functions of the departments of Plant Operations, Maintenance and Grounds. Manages utilities, facilities and building systems and/or is directly involved with Community Campus construction/renovation projects. Oversees regulatory compliance related to the physical environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management or related discipline and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience to include prior supervisory experience, excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills, proficient with computer technology and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior relevant experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Management experience preferred.
