Core Responsibilities
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in daily clinical meetings with behavior teams to evaluate, discuss, and refine patient treatment plans.
Behavioral Intervention: Actively implement evidence-based behavioral treatment procedures and track clinical data to monitor patient progress.
Patient-Centered Care: Assist individuals with daily living tasks while upholding the highest standards of patient dignity, respect, and privacy.
Clinical Problem-Solving: Identify behavioral and operational challenges, proactively contributing strategies and solutions within a team environment.
Professional Development: Apply sound time-management and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare colleagues and clinical staff.

For consideration for this title, you must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
1: Graduated from high school or have earned a high school equivalency diploma (such as a GED)
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in high-acuity environments.
Physical capability to safely manage patients and participate in active clinical settings.
Part-time and Full-time Mental Health Therapy Aides wanted for various shifts & locations.
