Engineering Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to join our Engineering team. This role plays a vital part in supporting new product introductions (NPI) across all business channels by managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring the successful execution of each project phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the central communication hub for new product introduction projects, coordinating information between Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales Coordination, and external Contract Designers.
- Interpret and work from customer-supplied and Stickley- generated specification drawing.
- Track and organize cost data to support pricing and quoting during new production development.
- Create detailed parts lists from spec drawing to support accurate and timely quotations.
- Collaborate directly with off-site designers throughout the shop drawing and control sample approval stages.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans- including deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities.
- Conduct routine follow-ups to ensure materials and components remain on schedule for each project.
- Support Engineering in providing customers and technical feedback and presenting value-engineering solutions.
Qualifications and Education
- A bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is commonly required.
- Requires 1–3 years of professional experience in project administration or a support role.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
