SOS is looking for hardworking, caring individuals who want to make a difference.
We have several full-time openings for patient representatives at our patient-focused orthopedic offices in Central New York.
As we service our customers, we are looking for someone with a pleasant telephone voice, good people skills, has ability to read and communicate well, an attention to detail and the ability to handle a busy day while maintaining a calm disposition.
Preferred skills include prior desk, appointment or secretarial experience, typing/computer, medical terminology, and insurance experience.
Knowledge of and experience using an electronic medical records system is a plus.
Some SOS locations are on a bus route. Some positions will require transportation to a few different SOS offices, when need arises.
