Work Week: Monday - Friday 40+ hours per week (On Call Required)

We have a full time opening for a Desktop Support professional.
Duties, Responsibilities, Areas of Focus, and ability to assist with the following:
- maintenance of PC’s Laptops, Tablets, Printers, Scanners, etc
- Train and orients staff on use of Hardware and Software.
- Perform upgrades on systems.
- Monitor server and network operations, WAN and Internet access.
- And other duties as required.
On Call Rotation is required.
This position is located at our Widewaters location with some travel required.
Other Skills, Education and Experience:
Windows experience is required.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
