We have a per diem position for a NYS licensed x-ray technologist. Become an essential member of our exceptional healthcare team and perform medical imaging duties in our modern facilities.

This is a Monday through Friday position with a work week that could rotate between a start time as early as 7:30 AM or an afternoon shift that would start at 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM weekly, some opportunities for weekend hours. No holidays, on-call or nights required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide optimum patient care and performs quality diagnostic x-ray procedures in busy private orthopedic clinics and ASC setting.
• Prepares patients for radiographic procedures by assessing patient needs and providing patient education.
• Uses PACS and EHR to properly document procedures.
• Performs routine Quality Control procedures.
• Practices accurate and timely completion of scheduled and unscheduled work to maximize productivity.
• Practices safety measures using ALARA and company protocols and procedures.
• Applies the profession’s codes of ethics in all aspects of practice.
• Maintains clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Remains flexible to meet the scheduling needs of the department, including traveling to various SOS offices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $30.40 to $43.00
