Job Description | This role is a senior-level executive entrusted with defining and executing a transformative vision for advancement’s data and research strategies. This visionary leader balances innovation with precision to optimize our data and research resources to drive fundraising strategy, enhance donor engagement, and ensure data accuracy. S/he is responsible for overseeing the systems and procedures that facilitate the management of the University’s prospects and safeguards the integrity of the University’s constituent and prospect data. The AVP serves as the authority on AEA’s data structure and strategy as well as the administration and application development of the division’s CRM database. The AVP oversees advancement services, technical systems and services, constituent records, prospect research, prospect management, and fundraising intelligence. S/he drives the strategic evaluation of constituent and prospect programs, gift processing, technical support and digital platforms, and will direct all data and information analysis projects. The AVP leads, advises and collaborates with colleagues in units and central IT/digital transformation to ensure resources are optimized to grow a culture of increased philanthropy and volunteer leadership. |
