| Job Description | Syracuse University’s Office of Human Resource’s Human is seeking a service-oriented professional to join our team of HR generalists. Our HR Shared Services team consists of 18 employees and is responsible for assisting almost 7,500 staff and faculty. The HR Shared Services Representative is our campus community’s first point of contact for various HR needs. The HR Shared Services Representative will assist in the communication and administration of extensive HR policies, employee benefits, and systems support to the campus community including internal HR stakeholders. Communication with employees is primarily by phone or email with the goal of providing the highest quality of service and accuracy in a timely manner. This position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities under general supervision and instruction.
