The Project Coordinator works alongside a more senior Project Manager to support large accounts with high growth potential. They will partner with team members from content, technical SEO, strategy, UX and client success to maintain project plans, provide up-to-date communication between teams, and help to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate and on time.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for proactively and reactively serving employees through technology. Specifically, you will:

• Works in tandem with a senior-level project manager to communicate with internal teams to ensure that project tasks are accomplished on time, milestones achieved and that expectations are surpassed.
• Monitors and reviews project progress and timelines; maintains our project management system which includes adding tasks, assigning resources, setting deadlines and specifying time estimates.
• Supports communication regarding project statuses and shares deliverables with appropriate stakeholders, including customers.
• Ensures internal team performs QA of customer deliverables and performs QA after customer implements recommendations.
• Maintains clear communication amongst internal team members by scheduling meetings, keeping notes, updating status reports and keeping document drives organized.

The Project Coordinator reports to the Sr. Director, Project Management.

1+ years of project management experience, digital or corporate marketing experience preferred.
Proven experience driving project teams to achieve deadlines, milestones, and goals.
Demonstrated experience defining, managing, and maintaining multi-month, large-scale projects, priorities and schedules.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and within multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent organizational, strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

We are a remote-first organization hiring specifically within 60 miles of of Chicago, IL., Dallas, TX., Austin, TX., Charlotte, NC., Atlanta, GA., Phoenix, AZ., Minneapolis, MN., and Syracuse, NY to help create opportunities for connectivity and collaboration in-person as you see fit.
The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $68,000. *This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
