Reports to: Labor Supervisor
*12-Hour Night Shift Incentive Only*
The Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the manufacturing and assembly of molded product and secondary operations. They must read, functionally understand, and apply work instructions to the job duties. These include following and adhering to: safety, quality and production standards, oral direction, guidance and instructions.

| 1. Assists with the operation of molding presses, production machinery, and/or equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic component parts. | 40 | Essential |
| 2. Must perform manufacturing related tasks including but not limited to: manual handling of parts, visual inspections, loading parts, packaging parts, machine operation, trimming parts, gaging product, and/or assembly work. | 40 | Essential |
| 3. Must keep work sites clean and orderly. All tools and equipment should be returned to their assigned places at the conclusion of each shift. | 5 | Non-Essential |
| 4. Other duties assigned. For example: helping other employees get caught up and to help cover co-workers break times. | 15 | Non-Essential |
