JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure availability at all times of parts (LRU’s & Consumables) required to support the operations
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and compliance to warehouse procedures.
- Ensures items are stored in a safe and secure manner to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
- Processes the return to stock and return to vendor of damaged or rejected assets through Customer shipping/receiving department.
- Maintains warehouse in a neat, orderly and safe manner at all times.
- Performs cycle counts and special inventories. Ensures computerized stock records are kept current and correct. Maintains all labels tags and marketing on inventoried items.
- Keeps all past and present airworthy paperwork and certificates of conformity files updated and organized.
- Assists in maintaining accurate open parts orders and controlled documents. Also assists in administrative duties associated with procurement actions.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in similar role for at least 2 years is highly preferable.
QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Higher National Diploma.
- Hold a valid driving license (Manual gear) is mandatory
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Familiar with computers, ERP Software, spreadsheets, word processing, databases.
- Safety conscious.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good oral and written skills in English.
