Summary
The role of a service coordinator is to create incoming master control order (MCO) and start the repair process by; receiving incoming product, contact customers for clarification, processing manufacturers requests, and assist the team with miscellaneous tasks. The hours for this position could range between 8:00am and 6:00pm M-F.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Contact customers for warranty and/or estimate information.
- Use reporting and historical data to research to ensure proper and efficient processing.
- Enter warranty service claims into ERP system to receive proper payment from manufacturer.
- Request and create inventory movement.
- Assist technicians and other service coordinators with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system questions and solutions. Including but not limited to training, testing and development.
- Promote and adhere to the United Radio Core Values
- Comply with United Radio's policies and procedures, and quality systems.
- Performs related duties as requested.

Education and/or experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including tone of voice.
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability and desire to learn new skills.
- Detail Oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Prioritize duties and responsibilities appropriately.
- Secondary language preferred (French or Spanish)
Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated hourly rate between $16.00 and $19.00. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
