We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Occupancy Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing the entire rental housing process, from initial application to tenant selection, move-ins, and move-outs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate rental housing files, documents, and financial records, preparing reports and essential data, and coordinating tenant services to ensure a positive experience for all residents.
