The Cove at Sylvan Beach is a premier vacation rental community on Oneida Lake, NY, offering weeklong stays that embrace the lakeside lifestyle. This internship provides hands-on experience in hospitality, operations, and guest services in a dynamic resort setting. Interns will develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to the daily operations of The Cove, including guest relations, property management, and recreational services.

Educational Focus:
The Cove Hospitality & Operations Internship Program is designed to provide students and recent graduates with a comprehensive learning experience in hospitality and resort management. Through hands-on training, interns will develop essential skills in guest services, property operations, and recreation management while gaining a deeper understanding of the day-to-day functions of a premier vacation rental community. The program emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork, preparing interns for future careers in hospitality, tourism, and business operations. By working closely with experienced professionals, interns will apply classroom knowledge in a real-world setting, enhancing their ability to manage resort logistics, ensure high service standards, and create exceptional guest experiences at The Cove at Sylvan Beach.
