Sunrise Shift Available 11pm-7am

We’re looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Technicians who are ready to play an essential role in creating a safe, spotless, and well-maintained environment. In this role, you’ll take care of our kitchen equipment—disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling it with care—while making sure everything meets the highest standards. What does a Kitchen Technician do?
- Disconnects gas lines and moves equipment for cleaning.
- Cleans equipment and surrounding areas.
- Reassembles and inspects equipment.
- Reports malfunctions.
- Ensures safety with PPE and jobsite security.
- Works independently and communicates with the supervisor.
- Troubleshoots and repairs cleaning equipment.
Work Experience
To succeed as a Kitchen Technician, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to operate pressure washer daily
- The ability to learn safe chemical handling
- A valid NYS driver's license
- The ability to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 35 pounds
