What does a Blackjack Dealer in Training do?
- Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, make change for guests, maintain a game pace, and deal cards.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
- Consistently reflect a friendly, positive, and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company.
- Maintain enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Blackjack Dealer in Training, you'll need:
- A mathematical ability; counts cards, pays out bets, and makes change.
- The ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- To meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
- To stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
