Please note: This role is seasonal, running from April through October, depending on weather conditions. But rest assured, the excitement and camaraderie on the course will last all year long!
What does a Pro Shop Attendant do?
- Greet guests/golfers as they arrive in the pro shop/ clubhouse, check them in, take payment, routinely inspect all guest areas, and open and close the pro shop.
- Book tee times and lessons over the phone; handle all guest inquiries.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of pro shop merchandise and assist with inventory, restocking, and designing golf displays.
- Communicate effectively with Teaching/ Professional staff, Player Assistants, and Golf Services Attendants to help ensure all guest needs are met.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Pro Shop Attendant, you'll need:
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Some knowledge of golf is preferred.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 51 - 60 pounds.
