What you will do as a Player Services Supervisor:
- Review employee logbooks and communicate anything of importance to the relief supervisor.
- Consistently take the initiative to set up pre-shift “Team Talk” meetings and convey pertinent information to employees regarding policy or scheduling changes for the shifts daily events.
- Maintain employee files to ensure accuracy.
- Consistently maintain professional rapport and confidentiality in communication with other departments as required by procedure (i.e. IT, Gaming Commission, Accounting, Security, Surveillance, Games, Nation Police, Payroll, and Marketing).
- Perform routine inspections to ensure proper working condition of equipment, conduct inventory, and order adequate supplies when necessary to ensure shift efficiency.
- Maintain constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, ensuring employees can perform all job duties in the safest possible manner. Immediately notify the security department if an accident does occur.
- Demonstrate an understanding of all administrative procedures (i.e. EO’s, call-ins, special requests, performance appraisal input, etc.) and complete required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively supervise employees, Rewards Card & Rewards Gallery areas while demonstrating a willingness to assist those employees as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of computer systems, internal functions, controls, and software updates.
- Ensure procedures are followed for issuance of guest complimentaries (i.e. Showroom, hotel, restaurant, transportation, and table or machine play).
- Supervise the creation and maintenance of guest accounts, including redemption of T.S. Rewards points, coupons, and vouchers.
- Consistently ensure accountability for TS Rewards Card reconciliation of coupon inventory.
- Consistently evaluate coverage and adjust staffing as needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to train and develop employees ensuring that they thoroughly comprehend Player Services operating procedures, internal controls, and compacts issues.
- Promptly responds to all E-Mails.

Work Experience To be successful as a Player Services Supervisor you’ll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience (required).
- College degree or some level of secondary education (preferred).
- Verbal, written communication, and math skills (required).
- Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, WordPerfect and Excel.
- To possess outstanding guest service skills. Previous supervisory experience (preferred).
- The ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to make decisions in a stressful environment and to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds.
