Salary Range: $68,365 to $87,165 yearly
The General Counsel/Senior Vice President for Administration seeks a poised and professional Executive Assistant to provide executive level administrative support. The Executive Assistant will be the primary point of contact regarding the General Counsel/Senior Vice President for Administration’s demanding and complex schedule. This person must manage multiple assignments effectively, anticipate and prioritize the General Counsel/Senior Vice President for Administration’s time, use independent judgment in decision making to accomplish tasks that are urgent, confidential and sensitive in nature, and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and trustworthiness. The Executive Assistant must be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members supporting the Oneida Indian Nation and Turning Stone Enterprises leadership team.

To be successful as an Executive Assistant, you'll need:
Associate’s Degree preferred.
At least three (3) years experience as an Executive Assistant.
Knowledge of standard secretarial procedures and legal office techniques; correct English grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading business formats.
Extensive experience with complex calendar management.
Experience dealing with sensitive, highly confidential matters that require the utmost degree of diplomacy and confidentiality.
The ability to troubleshoot, anticipate, and meet strict deadlines, and manage a sustained and frequently high volume of work with speed, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience dealing with a wide variety of people with tact, courtesy and professionalism.
The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups including top level executives, administrators and officials.
The ability to prepare concise and accurate written communications and complete work assignments.
The ability to set up and maintain database files and utilize time management techniques to organize and prioritize work.
Proficiency in MS Office programs (including compare tools), Zoom and Adobe required.
Exercise analytical and independent judgment; coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and cooperative working relationships.
The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 0-10 pounds.
