Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance our digital, guest, and operational experiences. This role is responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to enterprise projects from concept through operational handoff.

What does a Senior Innovation Project Manager do?

Lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution and operational handoff.
Deliver initiatives spanning digital platforms, CX, marketing enablement, operations, and enterprise vendors.
Adapt delivery approach to context, risk, and organizational maturity/readiness.
Build and maintain integrated, end-to-end project plans that are realistic, current, and actionable.
Own scope definition and ensure activities and deliverables are aligned to project objectives and quality outcomes.
Ensure clear requirements definition and traceability throughout delivery.
Provide regular and consistent reporting on project health and status.
Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks, issues, and impacts.
Drive agendas, discussions, and decisions in project forums.
Escalate issues early with clear options and recommendations.
Lead cross-functional teams across business, digital, marketing, operations, and technology.
Manage vendors end-to-end: scope, contracts, deliverables, and performance.
Hold teams and partners accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
Partner with business and operations to plan rollouts and ensure adoption.
Ensure smooth transition to operational teams or application support.
Validate readiness (training, documentation, support models).

Work Experience

To be successful as a Senior Innovation Project Manager, you'll need:

8+ years of hands-on project management experience in complex enterprise environments.
Proven success delivering across multiple project types.
Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills.
Demonstrated experience managing vendors and contracts.
Hospitality, entertainment, gaming, retail, or consumer-facing experience preferred.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11 - 20 pounds.

Preferred Skills:

Experience delivering programs that leverage personalization, automation, or AI/ML to enhance guest experiences.
Knowledge of digital experience platforms (DXPs), CDPs, or personalization engines.
Comfortable navigating matrixed teams, changing priorities, and fast-moving digital ecosystems.
Experience with Figma/FigJam Airtable, Smartsheet, Adobe Experience Cloud or similar CRM and Analytics products.
