We are seeking a Lead Kitchen Technician who will support and mentor team members in the Kitchen department by leading by example in the development of cannabis infused edibles. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and assist in coordinating all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements, and maintains high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor kitchen technicians in all aspects of the kitchen department.
- Produce cannabis-infused edibles while maintaining strict laws and guidelines.
- Work side by side with the Kitchen Manager in the creation of new recipes and products.
- Learn various recipes and methods of preparation of medicated products.
- Meet set production deadlines by working efficiently with a sense of urgency.
- Check products and pull random samples to monitor quality and consistency.
- Maintain inventory of all infused edible products.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
