What you will do as a Food Server:

Always reports to Supervisor before shift to obtain assigned station and reviews BEO.
Ensures that stations are clean, orderly and stocked with the specified condiments and promotional material. Ensures that tables are set properly according to BEO.
Always completes side duties, including, but not limited to, stocking condiments, folding napkins, polishing glasses, etc...
Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, being served at that function and the method of preparation.
Ensures that all guest choice of entrees is correct before service.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Food Server, you'll need:

Previous tray or food server experience.
Must possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interface with guests.
Banquet experience.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
