As a Food Quality Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every customer experience meets the highest standards across all locations. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll partner closely with store teams to elevate food quality, strengthen safety practices, and drive consistent execution of our brand standards.
You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—conducting audits, coaching team members, supporting new product rollouts, and identifying opportunities to improve performance. What does a Food Quality Operations Coordinator do?
· Ensure consistent execution of recipes, food preparation procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
· Conduct routine and ad hoc store audits to assess food quality, safety, and operational compliance.
· Provide clear, actionable feedback and follow-up to drive continuous improvement at the store level.
· Train and coach store teams on food preparation, safety protocols, and operational best practices.
· Monitor compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements; escalate and resolve issues as needed.
· Support rollout of new products, menu changes, and operational initiatives, including training and execution support.
· Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve consistency and performance.
· Monitor and manage food waste, portion control, and adherence to cost standards.
· Partner with store and district leadership to reinforce accountability and maintain execution standards.
· Maintain audit records, training documentation, and compliance reporting.
· Travel regularly between locations to assess performance, support teams, and ensure consistency.
· Communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership with recommendations for improvement.

· Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 11 - 20 pounds.
