Be the heartbeat of an amazing dining experience by keeping a close eye on the restaurant’s flow and making every moment count. Welcome guests with a big, genuine smile the second they walk in, and send them off with a warm, memorable goodbye. Keep things running smoothly by managing seating and wait times like a pro. When you seat guests, excitedly introduce their server and happily take care of any special requests. You’ll also jump in to help with takeout orders, making sure every guest—dining in or on the go—has an awesome experience!
In Your Day-to-Day as a Host, you will:
- Ensure all guests are seated in a timely manner. Greet every guest with a smile. Inform the guest(s) of his/her Food Server by name.
- Maintain constant awareness of table availability in designated area.
- Thank guest for patronage and welcome them back.

Work Experience
To be successful as a Host, you'll need:
- Previous Host experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate good organization skills.
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 35 pounds.
