Empire State University currently seeks an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing is a senior level professional that reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. This individual will demonstrate a commitment to student success and execute the vision for enrollment management and marketing efforts at Empire State University by providing leadership and support to the Office of Enrollment Management and Marketing. The successful candidate will play a major role in coordinating, implementing, prioritizing, and evaluating the University's overall strategic and digital recruitment, conversion, and retention initiatives. The selected incumbent must possess excellent interpersonal, critical-thinking, communication and problem-solving skills, a customer service orientation, strong project management experience, the ability to collaborate with multiple offices (e.g., Academic Affairs, Administration and Finance, and Advancement), and expertise in data analysis. Rank/Salary: Management-Confidential / $160,000-$165,000, dependent on experience and qualifications. Empire State University is an EOE employer.
